Literacy

In the afternoon, we have 60 minutes of literacy development lessons with the older children, i.e. 5 to 6 years old, who will enter primary education in the coming year. Children will be introduced to the world of letters, words and numbers in combination with movement, poems, rhymes and songs. They will be lead from Form drawing, colouring to writing and word recognition [see below]. English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and simple arithmetic will be introduced.
