Registration and Enrollment

Children are registered onto our waiting list for enrolment when parents confirm their interest after a visit. Parents shall fill the Enquiry/Registration form as attached. Enrolment is at the discretion of the management and may vary from the order of the waiting list due to the gender and age group ratio of the class.

Trial Period and Registration Fee

The Trial period is normally one week, i.e. 1st week of attendance. It may be extended by the management on student to student basis. The management shall decide on admission after the Trial period based on suitability of the class environment for the child. Payment of Registration fee is expected on upon the commencement of Trial period. Payment is not refunded if the management decides not to admit the child. No registration fee is required for a 2nd trial. However, tuition fee proportionate to the month applies on 1st day of attendance. Payment is not refunded if child is not ready for admission.

Deposit and Tuition Fee

Tuition fee is payable on a monthly or term basis. Full payment of the deposit and tuition fee is expected on confirmation of the child’s admission. The initial month’s fee is calculated from the 1st day of attendance proportionate to the remaining days of the month. Subsequently tuition fees shall be paid by the 1st week of the month. Deposit and Fees paid are non-refundable. The deposit of a month’s tuition fee will be used as payment of the final month’s tuition fee if a full month’s notice is given.

Extended Period of Non Attendance (Temporary Withdrawal)

Tuition fee is normally payable although a child does not attend class for an extended period due to illness or long holidays, to secure the child’s place. Parents may, on request, temporarily withdraw their child for an extended period and place the child on the waiting list for re-admission. Tuition fee for the non-attended period, in this case, is not applicable. Registration fee is waived for such re-admission cases.

Requested Withdrawal

The management may request parents to withdraw their child if the environment is found to be not suitable. A refund of the tuition fee proportionate to the remaining month/term (where applicable) shall be made in this case.
