Festivals

Celebrations of the festivals lies at the heart of the kindergarten. Our celebrations focus of nature changing processes. The children learn songs, peom, verses chosen for that time of the year, make festival crafts and bake special treats. Stories nurture a pictorial understanding of nature’s processes and speak deeply to the children without our need to explain.

In the classroom has a display corner that offers a way for the children to note the festival taking place.
